I have been a native plant habitat re-vegetation consultant in the San Diego Area for the last 20 years as well as a practicing sculptor. See my art work at http://www.burkhart-sculptor.com/new.html. I have exhibted extensively in Southern California, Tecate Mexico and at the Florence Biennale in Florence, Italy. About 2 years ago my wife and I moved to Santa Cruz, CA and have been remodeling and adding to an old Victorian Beach cottage. Most recently I have been using my landscape and horticultural knowledge to landscape the house and set up a new sculpture studio.
