I have been the pastor of Clinton United Church of Christ in Clinton, MI for the last four years after graduating from seminary in 2012. (I spent the previous 30 years in public education and training and development in corporate America.) I married Ron White (class of '68) in 1970 we celebrated our 46th wedding anniversary in June. Ron just retired from 30 years in the property management business and is deciding what he wants to do with the rest of his life. Our sons, Ryan 42 and Andrew 38, are a great source of joy in our lives. Ryan, after 16 years as a journalist with the Oregonian news paper, has just submitted his second book to his editor. (The first was called Springsteen Album by Album ) his wife, April Baer, has an arts program on Oregon Public Radio (OPB). Ryan and April have one daughter, Stella 6. We make at least one or two trips to Portland every year. Andrew is a CAD designer for an engineering company in Ann Arbor and has his own company providing 3D designs for companies across the nation. His wife, Tera Sky, teaches dance and is a stay at home mom for 3 of our grandchildren: Dominik 11, Molly 7, and Maggie 3. We are very blessed and cherish each and every day together.
